Welcome!
We are one of the largest wholesalers of rural acreage in the Western United States. We have been involved in the acquisition and sale of over 1 million acres of land.
We are members of the Wyoming Stock Growers Association, the Wyoming Farm Bureau Federation, the Pecos Texas Chanber of Commerce and the Deadwood South Dakota Chamber of Commerce.
As opposed to most land companies who market smaller, improved lots on a retail basis, we deal exclusively in large tracts of low priced, unimproved acreage on a wholesale basis. The land is without utilities, water lines, sewage systems, maintained roads or other homeowner services of any nature. Most of our buyers are people who have a desire to own a large tract of rural acreage, primarily for "ownership or speculative" purposes only. Our buyers are interested solely in "low per acre prices" and low down, low monthly" terms. We firmly believe that it is literally impossible to lose money owning large tracts of low priced acreage.
